We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Khazinadigital. If you get a faulty product then, you can easily choose to return your order for a FULL REFUND as long as the following condition is met:
- When a product is delivered to you, the first thing you must do is inspect the goods for any damage.
- If you get faulty products then take some images of the damaged products and email us within 24 hours.
- After 24 hours we will no longer offer any Free exchange! If you get delivered a faulty product then email us sales@khazinadigital.com within 24 hours to claim your Free exchange.
- After 24 hours we will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the actual price.
- You are still within the first 14 days of your order being shipped.
- Your order is returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc. all in original condition and intact).
- If you don't like the product or you don't need it anymore then you can claim your refund within 14 days and the Restocking fee of 25%
- Please get in touch with us if you'd like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund (once we receive the returned order). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to fully process.
